Role Overview

Join BCI’s Finance team in Victoria, BC, as Manager, Corporate Finance Operations. This key leadership role will help shape the future of finance operations by leading a high-performing team, driving process optimization, and advancing BCI’s Workday Enterprise Management Cloud platform while supporting accurate financial reporting and a Centre of Excellence model.

What You Will Do

Lead, develop, and manage a team across finance operations, drive process and system optimization, oversee payables, expense management, accounts receivable, treasury, cost allocation, and reconciliations.

Requirements

• relevant bachelor’s degree
• professional accounting designation, such as CPA or equivalent
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
• experience in operational and transactional finance processes
• experience optimizing processes, systems, and controls
• strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
• excellent communication, facilitation, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• initiative, drive, and the ability to deliver results in a complex, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
