We are seeking a Marketing Manager for our Central Fill portfolio to develop and deploy compelling value propositions emphasizing operational efficiency, scalability, and patient impact. The successful candidate will contribute to commercialization and lifecycle marketing activities to drive sustained adoption, and partner with Strategic Accounts and Sales teams to align marketing with account plans and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 4–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare technology or capital equipment
- Experience supporting enterprise or strategic accounts including Health Systems or National Accounts
- Proven experience in go-to-market execution and sales enablement
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed organization
