Senior Marketing Manager, Diagnostics

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to support the growth of our Identification and Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing (IDAST) portfolio in the United States. This role will be responsible for executing marketing strategies, supporting product launches, and collaborating closely with commercial, global marketing, and cross-functional teams to drive adoption of our IDAST solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Microbiology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, product management, sales, or commercial roles within life sciences, diagnostics, medical devices, or healthcare.
• Experience developing value propositions, messaging, and positioning
• Experience engaging directly with customers through customer visits, industry conferences, and professional meetings to gather market insights, understand customer needs, to identify growth opportunities.
• Experience in supporting the development and execution of pricing and commercial strategies
• Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
