As a Social Media Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of organic and paid social media strategies that grow brand awareness, deepen consumer engagement, build creator and community relationships, and drive measurable ecommerce and retail business results.
Requirements
- Develop and execute integrated B2C social media strategies
- Own organic and paid social campaigns across platforms
- Drive audience growth, engagement, reach, and social commerce performance
- Define and maintain the brand’s social voice
- Partner with internal creative teams and external agencies
- Lead influencer and creator marketing programs
- Identify and capitalize on emerging social trends
- Collaborate cross-functionally with ecommerce, digital marketing, PR, retail marketing, and product teams
- Manage social publishing calendars, community engagement strategies
- Analyze campaign performance and report on KPIs
