Director, Financial Operations- BLH Medical Group

Role Overview

The Director, Financial Operations is a member of the Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) system Services Finance team, responsible for the daily oversight, management, and direction of all financial and business activities for the hospital or clinical unit.

What You Will Do

The Director, Financial Operations will support the planning, analysis, and implementation of strategic financial and operational priorities, and will support the CFO or ACFO in driving quantifiable, sustainable improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business required
• 3-5 years’ related work experience required in a health care setting
• 1-3 years supervisory/management experience required
• Advanced skills with Microsoft applications
• Lean six-sigma certification preferred
• Membership in ACHE or HFMA preferred
