Head of Growth to own and scale Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) for Companion, an award-winning influencer marketing platform. Responsible for generating pipeline, closing revenue, and driving net revenue retention through Sales and Client Success.
Requirements
- 7+ years in commercial, sales, or growth roles (SaaS, MarTech, or influencer ecosystem preferred)
- Proven track record of owning and scaling recurring revenue (MRR/ARR)
- Strong closer with experience landing mid-to-large deals
- Experience building or scaling sales teams and processes
- Understanding of full-funnel growth (acquisition, conversion, retention)
- Highly commercial, data-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Existing relationships across brands and agencies
- Experience with influencer marketing workflows, measurement, or reporting
- Experience scaling SaaS revenue from early to growth stage
- Familiarity with pricing models and SaaS monetisation strategies
