Sales Director

BioMar Group is seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive growth in the Chinese market, responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy, analyzing customer needs and competitor activity, and managing a sales team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
• 15+ years of sales experience in the aquaculture industry
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving sales targets
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English
