About the Role
Biote Medical is the world leader in hormone optimization. We are currently looking to add an experienced Sales Operations Analyst to our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Support enabling sales technologies, including CRM, to sales teams.
- Enhance sales organization compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data.
- Facilitate ongoing sales systems support and training to field sales, sales management, and sales support personnel.
- Create territory mockups with Sales stakeholders that include potential commission earnings, hunting area and growth.
- Coordinate territory mapping and lead/account assignments for the sales team across internal information systems.
- Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales data essential to the sales organization across internal systems and recommend enhancements to current processes as needed.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, or similar platforms to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and business growth.
- Assist with sales incentive compensation administration on an as-needed basis.
- Create quarterly territory calculators and scorecards for the sales team.
- Build peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other company personnel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field (not required).
- At minimum 3 years of proven experience in a Sales Operations role, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Python, R, or SQL and working with large, disparate datasets.
- Strong understanding of sales CRM tools. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI, or equivalent.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Must be located in the DFW area.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a related field.
- Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling in a healthcare or clinical setting.
- Experience in healthcare data systems or electronic health records (EHR).
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their application in healthcare analytics.
