The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for Blackthorn’s field and event marketing program across third-party sponsorships, hosted field events, executive dinners, partner activations, and webinars. This role is focused on driving awareness, pipeline, customer retention, and partner relationships through thoughtfully executed in-person and virtual experiences.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of B2B field marketing, event marketing, or integrated marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or tech.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute live and virtual events, and webinars end-to-end.
- Experience partnering with demand generation, content, and sales on integrated event campaigns.
- Strategic mindset: You think beyond logistics to how events drive brand, pipeline, and customer outcomes.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent events.
- Experience owning an event budget.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, including campaigns, lists, and basic reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, globally distributed, remote-first environment.
- U.S.-based and eligible to work in the U.S.
- Willing to travel approximately 15–25% for events.
