Director, Business Intelligence & Data Management Manager

We’re seeking a Director, Business Intelligence & Data Management Manager to join our Markets team in Pune. The role will drive the technical build-out of a scalable data platform and lead technical contributions to the design, development, and delivery of the Execution Services Data Platform on Enterprise Snowflake.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on data engineering experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and optimizing data solutions on the Snowflake platform
• Proficiency in building, scheduling, and monitoring complex data pipelines using Apache Airflow
• Strong experience with DBT for data transformation, testing, and documentation within a modern data stack
• Advanced proficiency in Python for data engineering, automation, and tooling
• Solid understanding of Data Mesh, data federation, and enterprise data governance patterns
• Working knowledge of AI technologies and their practical applications in data engineering and analytics workflows
