What You’ll Be Doing
- Defining and executing early go-to-market strategy across marketing, sales, and growth
- Identifying ideal customer profiles and developing positioning and messaging
- Owning early customer acquisition and pipeline generation
- Running experiments across outbound, partnerships, content, and growth channels
- Working closely with product and engineering teams to translate customer feedback into product improvements
- Building repeatable sales and marketing processes from zero to scale
- Establishing early revenue motion, metrics, and reporting
- Helping shape pricing, onboarding, and customer success strategies
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in go-to-market, sales, growth, or marketing roles at startups or high-growth companies
- Strong ability to communicate value propositions and translate technical products into customer outcomes
- Experience owning or contributing to customer acquisition or revenue growth
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and building processes from scratch
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to guide GTM decisions
- Experience working closely with product or technical teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and execution skills
- Bonus: experience selling or marketing B2B SaaS, developer tools, or AI products
