The position is responsible for increasing the market penetration of Boehringer Ingelheim products and achieving sales targets for a specific area. The successful candidate will build relationships, grow the Boehringer Ingelheim brand, and engage opinion leaders in the specified area.
Requirements
- Meet or exceed sales goals through consultative selling and providing high-level customer service
- Develop territory mapping to ensure effective call frequency on targeted hospitals and practitioners
- Develop customer relationships by understanding and anticipating needs and providing solutions
- Plan and organize sales strategies to maximize focus on appropriate targets to achieve sales results
- Execute business plan for territory with sales plan at the hospital and health care professional level
