We are looking for a Data Analyst to join Bolt Food’s Merchant Strategy & Planning team in Tallinn, working as an analytical partner to commercial and operations teams, helping them make faster, better-informed decisions across pricing, marketplace efficiency, sales performance, and operational performance.
Requirements
- Own analysis for pricing, supply and demand dynamics, marketplace efficiency, sales performance, commission, compensation, CAC/LTV, and other commercial performance topics.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and self-serve tools that help commercial and operations teams make data-driven decisions independently.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, structure ambiguous questions, and translate them into actionable analysis.
- Identify performance gaps, reporting issues, and opportunities for improvement, then recommend practical solutions.
- Support experiments by helping define hypotheses, design tests, interpret results, and turn findings into recommendations.
- Improve data quality, metric definitions, and analytics processes in collaboration with other analysts and data teams.
