Product Operations Specialist

We’re looking for a Product Operations Specialist to join our Rides Product team and help us scale how we ship, communicate, and learn from our users.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in product operations, business operations, program management, or a similar role in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Ability to write clearly and concisely.
• Process-minded, with ability to spot inefficiencies and design better workflows.
• Comfortable working with data and building simple reports.
• Hands-on experience with Jira (or similar project management tools).
• Ability to thrive in cross-functional settings and build trust with stakeholders.
