We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join Bolt Food’s Merchant Strategy & Planning team in Tallinn. In this role, you will lead high-impact analytics work across commercial performance, marketplace dynamics, pricing, sales forecasting, operations, and strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Lead cross-functional analytics projects across pricing, marketplace efficiency, sales performance, account management, enterprise, operations, and commercial strategy.
- Build complex pricing, forecasting, and commercial models that support business decisions, scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, prioritisation, and performance forecasting.
- Translate ambiguous commercial problems into structured analytical frameworks, clear recommendations, and measurable business actions.
- Design, improve, and scale dashboards, reporting layers, metric definitions, and self-serve analytics tools for commercial and operations stakeholders.
- Lead or co-lead experiments, including hypothesis development, test design, statistical analysis, interpretation, and recommendation.
- Partner with and influence senior stakeholders by raising the quality of analytical thinking, communication, and decision-making.
