Lead the Customer Experience Team to give a seamless bespoke experience to our aircraft customers, lead executive, large scale, strategic projects across the organization, and work effectively with Senior Level decision makers to develop long-term strategies.
Requirements
- Hold a university degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or other related field or equivalent work experience
- Have at least 10 years’ experience in Aerospace; customer facing role would be an asset
- Be a self-starter who can identify, create and execute strategic projects with little oversight
- Have excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Be fluent in both English & French
