Role Overview
Maintain customer relationships, explore business opportunities, and ensure long-term customer value. Responsible for customer mapping, new project acquisition, contracts/orders, and building a model project for responsible customers.
What You Will Do
Maintain high-level customer relationships, identify customer pain points, develop sales strategies, lead contract negotiations, track contract execution, and explore opportunities for additional purchases.

Proactive and communicative, with strong pressure resistance. Familiar with electric drive axles and related business models, and the OEM industry customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, engineering background, and automotive-related majors
- 3-5 years of sales work experience, familiar with the electric drive/electric motor market and industry, especially OEM industry customers
- Familiar with electric drive axles and related business models
- Proactive and communicative, with strong pressure resistance
