Business Analyst (FP&A)

Bosch has been present in Malaysia since 1923, represented by Robert Bosch Sdn Bhd, with offices located in Selangor and Penang. As a Business Analyst (FP&A), the job requires analyzing and monitoring current, future, and strategic cost initiatives.

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Financial planning and analysis / Controlling supporting manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage tasks with high complexities and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Must always be a self-starter able to work independently and interface with all relevant internal teams and external business partners.
• Knowledge of business intelligence tools and dashboard (Microsoft Power BI).
• SAP Experience in advantage.
• Strong in excel (power query and macro)
