Requirements
- Higher education course in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related areas.
- Experience in automotive products and mechanical operation.
- Experience in customer service in the automotive segment in the post-sales or technical support area.
- Experience in managing critical complaints and acting on public platforms Reclame Aqui, Procon, and judicial channels.
- Experience in interface with the law department and crisis management.
- Technical course in the area of automotive mechanics or electricity.
