Role Overview
The Financial Analyst role is mainly responsible for financial planning and analysis of key product manufactured and sold in the Florence facility. They will act as a key driver to the successful monitoring, reporting, planning and forecasting of the financial health of the businesses within their area of responsibility.
What You Will Do
Preparation of annual business plan, quarterly forecast and monthly results analyses for responsible product areas, measuring financial results compared to business plan to analyze variances, and preparing variance analyses reports to support commercial management decision making.

Requirements
- Master’s (Business/Finance/Information Systems) from an accredited institution with minimum 2 yrs. experience in a manufacturing or other relevant industry experience, or a Bachelor’s (Finance/Accounting) from an accredited institution (ex. CHEA) with minimum 4 yrs. experience in a manufacturing or other relevant industry experience.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (including Macros) and other MS Office applications
- Experience with SQL database, VBA and other big data languages, preferred
- Experience with SAP/similar ERP/Business Intelligence (BI) system
- Strong presentation, interpersonal skills, and analytical capabilities
