Marketing Analyst Jr

Role Overview

The Marketing Analyst Jr will develop and implement the growth strategy for the Dremel brand in Brazil, building the annual plan, identifying growth opportunities, and leading launches and growth initiatives.

What You Will Do

The Marketing Analyst Jr will develop the go-to-market strategy, monitor KPIs, generate insights, and manage the budget allocated to brand initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Administration, Commercial Management, or related areas
• Intermediate/advanced level of Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing, or Commercial areas
• Knowledge of distribution channels, retail, and client dynamics
• Experience with promotions, launches, mix management, and activations at the point of sale
• Analytical skills and experience with commercial indicators, margin, and performance
• Experience working close to Sales and clients
• Solid experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing, or Commercial areas
• Experience with brand and portfolio management
• Experience in environments with multiple sales channels
• Advanced English
