Bosch Rexroth is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join their team. The candidate will be responsible for various sales operations functions such as reporting, dashboards, sales controlling/auditing, and data analyses. The position will report to the Global Sales Controlling Manager for Compact Hydraulics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, or similar area
- Minimum of three years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analyst or similar role
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and working with large data sets
- Experience with SAP ERP, Salesforce CRM, and PowerBI
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently to solve problems and deliver results under minimal supervision
- Strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Analytical and process-minded
