Requirements

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Conduct discovery to deeply understand client business challenges and objectives.
  • Present and demonstrate the Braze platform’s capabilities tailored to customers’ needs.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure customer success.
  • Drive revenue growth by closing new business and expanding existing accounts.
