Role Overview

The Data Analyst is a key asset in helping the Data Strategy department define metrics for data analysis and respond to data requests. The role involves performing qualitative and quantitative analysis of program data and client outcomes, managing data processes, and creating documentation and methodology records.

What You Will Do

The Data Analyst will perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of program data, manage data processes, create and maintain documentation, and use existing and emerging tools to automate reporting. The role also involves assisting in data quality checks and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and languages (e.g. excel, SPSS, SQL, R or python)
  • Familiarity with working with and processing data for reports and data visualizations
  • Consensus builder, able to work closely with different departments and motivate teams to use the data to inform their work
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs (including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams)
