We are seeking an Enterprise Enablement Manager to own and evolve our 4-pillar competency framework, reduce ramp time, increase ENT win rates, and accelerate SQO generation. This role will sit between Sales, RevOps, and Product, diagnosing performance breaks, designing fixes, and tracking their effectiveness.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years in sales enablement, revenue ops, or a senior sales role
- Hands-on with tools and methodologies, such as MEDDPICC or SPICED, Gong, an LMS, and Salesforce
- Builder and root-cause thinker with data-literate and write-first skills, and AI-native ability
