Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales Marketing or equivalent of five years of experience in new home sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance
- Excellent presentation skills
- Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills
- Well organized and self-directed
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer service driven
- A friendly, enthusiastic, approachable manner
- Valid driver’s license for travel to off-site events and division communities
- Licensure as a Real Estate Agent if required by law
