Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of software development experience in an agile environment.
- Strong hands-on expertise with AEM stack: Java, OSGi, Apache Sling, JCR.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Frontend: HTL (Sightly), HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Product mindset with a strong focus on user experience and business impact.
- At least 1 year of experience contributing to product planning or product management.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
