Sr. Specialist, Content & Digital Experience Capabilities – Web Product and Analytics Engineer

Transforming patients’ lives through scienceTM, this role as a Sr. Specialist in Content & Digital Experience Capabilities will bring deep expertise in Web-based Product Builds, Web Content Management & Analytics leveraging emerging AI/ML technologies to power modern, scalable digital experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of software development experience in an agile environment.
• Strong hands-on expertise with AEM stack: Java, OSGi, Apache Sling, JCR.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Frontend: HTL (Sightly), HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
• Product mindset with a strong focus on user experience and business impact.
• At least 1 year of experience contributing to product planning or product management.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
