Role Overview
In this field-based role, you will lead the strategy for key oncology accounts across, turning market insight into action. You will work closely with multidisciplinary care teams and decision makers to shape pathways, remove barriers to appropriate use, and deliver measurable impact for patients and the business.
What You Will Do
You will partner with your Sales Manager and colleagues from other departments to plan and complete city-level growth. You will lead scientific exchanges that inform clinical practice and drive launch and lifecycle performance with integrity.

Requirements
- University Science graduate
- 3+ years of sales experience required
- Experience in Oncology vital
- Detailed product knowledge
- Demonstrated ability in establishing and nurturing strategic relationships
- Comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
- Effective influencing and communication skills
- Proficiency in customer management
- Strong commercial competence
- Confirmed selling skills
- Organizational skills, good analytical approach, ability to handle complexity with a high degree of maturity
