Role Overview

Manage and develop the strategic growth of The North Face brand network in Poland, Czech Republic, and Hungary. Supervise TNF Partnership stores to achieve sales and profitability targets.

What You Will Do

Supervise stores, oversee selling processes, manage P&L, set financial targets, and drive business improvements. Manage relationships with HQ teams and ensure effective communication and collaboration.

5+ years of experience in Retail and Sales Management, fluent Polish and English, excellent analytical skills, and strong knowledge of retail business in Poland.

  • 5+ years of relevant and progressive experience in Retail and Sales Management
  • Fluent Polish and English
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong knowledge of retail business in Poland
  • Ability to manage commercial negotiations at high levels with important partners
