Senior Financial Analyst sought to join growing team. Will assist FP&A team in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and ad hoc analysis. Will create business partnership with team members across supported offices.
Requirements
- Mentor and train financial analysts
- Work closely with Director of FP&A in all financial planning & analysis and decision support functions
- Analyze and track results relating to year-on-year growth, profitability, performance to budget and forecast
- Partner with office leaders to enhance financial analysis of the business
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with office leaders, Senior Financial Analysts, Accounting Centers of Excellence, and operational teams
- Assist in acquisition integration/due diligence
- Partner with stakeholders and functional peers to assist with the implementation of newer finance tools
