The Sales Lead is a role model Bear Builder with responsibilities as a Floor Leader on Duty, providing direction to Bear Builders and achieving store sales goals. When not designated, the Sales Lead functions as a Bear Builder, providing exceptional Guest service and upholding operational excellence.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Availability to work 15-25 hours per week
• Floor Leader on Duty Role: be a role model to others in providing exceptional Guest service
• Bear Builder Role: provide exceptional Guest service and upholding operational excellence
