The Role

As Revenue Operations Manager (m/w/d), you will expand your role as an interface between Sales, Marketing, and Business Development. Your goal: to set up structures, processes, and data so that all teams can work more focused – and the revenue of the entire group grows sustainably.

Sales & Business Development Operations

  • Support Sales teams in all countries in daily operational business (structure, processes, reporting)
  • Further development of Sales pipelines in HubSpot (structure, stages, automations, data quality)
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., funnel, conversion rates, forecast, activities)
  • Analysis of sales and pipeline data, derivation of concrete action recommendations for Sales and CRO
  • Sparring partner for Business Development in the use of HubSpot and in setting up reporting

Interface to Marketing & Product Marketing

  • Close collaboration with the Marketing team to align campaigns, leads, and pipeline cleanly
  • Ensure that lead flows, MQL/SQL definitions, and handoffs are clearly defined and properly mapped in the system
  • Support in building or improving product marketing structures (e.g., segmentation, target audiences, campaign tracking)

Processes, Projects & Optimization

  • Identification of bottlenecks and inefficiencies in Sales, Marketing, and BD processes
  • Active development of improvement proposals – and support for implementation
  • Management and prioritization of projects in the Revenue environment in close coordination with the CRO
  • Establishment of clear standards, guidelines, and workflows in HubSpot and Monday.com

Your Profile

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in one of the following areas:

  • Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Operations
  • Project Management with strong focus on Sales/Go-to-Market processes
  • CRM/HubSpot environment with close collaboration with Sales & Marketing
  • Very good analytical skills and confident handling of numbers, reports, and KPIs
  • Solid experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM system
  • Confident use of collaboration tools (e.g., Monday.com) and Microsoft 365
  • High communication skills: you can speak with Sales, Marketing, and Management on an equal footing
  • Working style: structured, independent, reliable – you stay on top of topics
  • Languages: Very good German and English language skills in spoken and written form
