We are currently seeking a dynamic Chief Revenue Officer to drive revenue growth, expand our market presence, and lead our sales and marketing teams to achieve strategic objectives.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive revenue growth strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales and client relationship teams to maximize sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new market opportunities and potential client segments to expand the company’s footprint in the stock broking industry.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to foster loyalty and retention.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and financial data to inform business strategies.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to set revenue targets and monitor performance metrics.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Proven experience in revenue leadership within the stock broking or related financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of Indian stock markets and trading platforms
  • Excellent strategic planning and execution skills
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in financial analysis
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to develop and implement innovative sales strategies

Preferred

  • Experience with digital marketing and lead generation in financial services
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to stock broking in India
