Role Overview
Rhea County School District is seeking a meticulous and insightful Customer Data Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing various data sets to provide actionable insights that will help shape the future of the district and enhance the learning experience for every student.
What You Will Do
Collect, clean, and interpret complex data sets related to student performance, attendance, enrolment trends, and stakeholder engagement. Analyze data to identify patterns, challenges, and opportunities for improvement within the district’s educational programmes.

Requirements

- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to present complex information to a non-technical audience.
- Experience within the education sector would be a significant advantage but is not essential.
