We are looking for a Growth Manager to lead the growth and retention strategy for our passenger audience, ensuring an exceptional value proposition and a sustainable business model. The role involves designing and implementing integrated strategies to grow the active passenger base and increase their recency, monitoring and optimizing the entire audience life cycle from end to end.
Requirements
- Affinity with Cabify’s principles
- Graduate in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Business, or relevant field
- More than 3 years of experience in similar roles
- Experience in technology companies is valued
- Experience in roles with leadership/team coordination
- Solid analytical background
- Highly motivated people with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize changing workloads in a dynamic industry
- Strategic skills and commitment to finding solutions for complex challenges
- Effective communication with different stakeholders and influence to make things happen
- A solid base of soft skills, as they are essential in our culture: knowing how to work in a team, giving and receiving constructive feedback, and having a spirit of continuous improvement
- Knowledge of data and analysis tools and understanding of KPIs (Tableau knowledge is valued)
