Role Overview
The Program Financial Analyst will perform financial and administrative reporting for contracts and/or programs, conduct financial analysis, and ensure compliance with government and customer requirements.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include ensuring projects are set up to capture costs, recognizing revenue, and billing customers, forecasting preparation, and performing routine and non-routine project financial reporting.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in project related finance using financial management software (Deltek, ORACLE ERP, SAP)
- Must be well experienced with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, PIVOT Tables, etc.)
- Must be able to build forecast from the ground up including application of wrap rates and correct burdens
- Must be able to build reports and charts based on verbal guidance for various internal and external requirements
- Must be able to analyze plans, forecasts, actual costs, variances and communicate trends to the program, line, and financial management
- Must be able to prepare adjusting journal entries, reconcile various types of accounts and invoices in a timely manner
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
- Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance
