Full-Time Sales Lead – Famous Footwear

As a Famous Footwear Sales Lead, you will provide the best shoe store experience for every customer, creating a welcoming environment and in-store culture where customers feel a little bit of the Famous Feeling. You will inspire teammates, elevate sales, and connect with customers to achieve goals and make every shoe sale count.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
• Some retail store management experience or relevant management experience
• Previous experience being on a team and motivating others to accomplish a goal
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours
