Part-Time Sales Lead – Famous Footwear

As a Famous Footwear Sales Lead, you will be responsible for inspiring a welcoming environment and providing excellent customer service. You will be passionate about creating a culture of caring and camaraderie and will be responsible for mentoring and training associates on selling and operational processes.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Proficient working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
• Some retail store management experience or relevant management experience in lieu
• Previous experience being on a team and motivating others to accomplish a goal
• Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time
