Role Overview
Join TrueCommerce at a critical point in our growth. The Senior Analyst, Revenue Operations, New Business owns the operating intelligence behind our new logo motion. This role drives visibility into pipeline, conversion, and forecast accuracy, and provides the data and insight that sales leadership uses to run the business across North America and EMEA.
What You Will Do
You will work closely with sales leaders and the VP of Revenue Operations to translate pipeline activity into clear performance signals and actionable recommendations. This includes pipeline and data management, pipeline coverage and funnel performance, forecast and performance visibility, quota, territory, and capacity insights, and AI and automation.

Requirements
- 3 to 5 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Analytics in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong CRM capability including field management, workflow configuration, and reporting (NetSuite preferred)
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to move from raw data to business insight and recommendation
- Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI, Tableau, or QuickSight
- Clear, concise communication with the ability to present findings to sales leaders and executives
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where processes are still being built
