Part-Time Sales Lead – Famous Footwear

As a Famous Footwear Sales Lead, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing the store’s daily operations, and achieving sales goals. You will be a shoe-obsessed individual who loves to help customers find the perfect fit and is passionate about creating a welcoming environment in-store.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Proficient working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
• Some retail store management experience or relevant management experience
• Previous experience being on a team and motivating others to accomplish a goal
• Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
