Business Intelligence Analyst

The Business Intelligence Analyst supports Calista’s Accounting and Finance teams by analyzing and interpreting complex data to deliver actionable insights through reporting tools such as Costpoint BI (IBM Cognos), MS Power BI, and OnBase.

Requirements

• Perform complex financial data analysis and develop reports using Deltek Business Intelligence (Cognos), MS Power BI, and OnBase reporting tools
• Collaborate with departmental teams to understand data requirements and deliver effective reporting solutions
• Contribute to the enhancement of data governance practices and ensure compliance with data privacy standards
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to effectively communicate insights
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to financial reporting systems and processes
• Ability to pass a background, drug, and reference checks
