Role Overview

The Director of Data Strategy & Analytics will lead the team that turns Lexia’s data assets into insight and action across the business, in alignment with the company’s vision. The role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy for data and analytics, managing a team of analysts, and providing strategic leadership across both analytics and data engineering.

What You Will Do

The Director will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy for data and analytics, managing a team of analysts, and providing strategic leadership across both analytics and data engineering. They will also be responsible for driving analyst efforts to mine revenue, operational, and customer data and turn them into insightful KPIs, models, and dashboards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, economics, business, computer science, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in analytics, data strategy, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience managing, coaching, or leading data analysts or analytics teams
• Exceptional leadership and management skills
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
• Professional proficiency in analytics and BI tools
• Experience owning BI platform strategy and governance
• Expertise in data management
• Demonstrated experience building or implementing AI-assisted analytics workflows
• Familiarity with sales and customer data platforms
