Role Overview
The Online Marketing Manager will lead the strategy and growth roadmap for the customer-facing website experience across Farmers.com, Foremost.com, and BristolWest.com, improving customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and self-service outcomes.
What You Will Do
Define and execute the strategy and growth roadmap for the customer-facing website experience, optimize digital customer journeys, lead a team of web content professionals, and partner with Marketing, SEO, Product, UX, Analytics, and Technology teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, Online Media, or a related field.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- 7+ years of experience in online marketing, growth marketing, digital media, website management, SEO/GEO, or digital product management.
- Strong understanding of website optimization, customer acquisition, conversion funnels, and digital customer journeys.
- Experience developing digital strategies, roadmaps, and cross-functional marketing initiatives.
- Advanced stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Experience leading, coaching, or developing team members.
- Proficiency with web analytics and optimization tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Target, Optimizely, or VWO.
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize competing initiatives, influence stakeholders, and drive measurable business outcomes.
- Knowledge of SEO/GEO, growth marketing, and performance marketing best practices.
