Role Overview

The Director of FP&A will own the full planning stack, translate the business strategy into forecasts, and lead a small finance team. This is a high-influence seat, partnering with business leadership and senior finance leaders to drive alignment and unlock resources.

What You Will Do

Partner with business leadership, develop and present financial and business performance reporting, champion cost optimization initiatives, anticipate and resolve complex financial challenges, drive short and long-term forecast planning routines, and lead a high-performing team.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The role requires a strong finance background, experience in managing a FP&A function, and people management experience. The Director will have real ownership over how capital is deployed and how the function scales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or other quantitative discipline, or military experience
  • At least 7 years of experience in Finance, Business Analytics, Accounting, Strategy Consulting, or a combination
  • At least 4 years’ experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function
  • At least 3 years of people management experience
