Role Overview
The Manager, Joining Product Operations serves as the operational anchor for Capital One’s Talent Acquisition funnel, taking full ownership of production stability, user enablement, platform governance, and vendor performance across our recruiting technology suite.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include production operations, autonomous delivery, operational transparency, system stability, user enablement, documentation excellence, vendor governance, and regulatory oversight.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in product operations, business operations, tech operations, or process management
- At least 2 years of experience creating and maintaining user documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), training materials, or release communications
- At least 2 years of experience managing enterprise software platforms, vendor operations, or system workflows
- At least 2 years of experience analyzing operational data or system metrics to inform business decisions
