Principal Associate, Process Management: Performance Marketing and Analytics Well-Managed Team

Role Overview

The Performance Marketing and Analytics (PM&A) Well-Managed team is a newly created, cross-functional team dedicated to ensuring the Affiliate Marketing team operates a well-managed business through Process Level Assessments, Risk Management, Audit Support, Controls testing, Change Management, process documentation, risk assessments, and more.

What You Will Do

Support a well-managed agenda through individual performance and critical thinking, drive positive outcomes for audits/exams, risk assessments, Process Level Assessments, business continuity, control evaluation, control testing, and process management/improvement.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
• At least 3 years of Project Management or Process Management Experience
• Six Sigma, Lean, Internal COF BPM or PMP Certification(s)
• 1+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or audit
• 4+ years of Project Management or Process Management Experience
• Experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal business clients
• Experience in utilizing AI tools (such as Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT) to create efficiencies in processes
