Senior Manager, Process Management – Performance Marketing and Analytics

Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Process Management – Performance Marketing and Analytics will lead a team of Process Managers, setting a forward-looking strategy that positions our organization to serve as the beacon of risk management. This role offers the opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and collaborative environment.

What You Will Do

The ideal candidate will build and advance the Well Managed agenda by setting the strategic direction and designing a roadmap of targeted initiatives that support our well-managed mission and mitigation of risks. They will also lead and develop a team of high-performing associates charged with managing audits/exams, risk assessments, Process Level Assessments (PLAs), business continuity, control evaluation, testing, and builds as well as process management/improvement.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of Project Management or Process Management Experience
• At least 3 years of People Management Experience
• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
