The position involves compiling, reviewing, and analyzing financial data, providing expert technical assistance to school districts, and collaborating with other financial analysts.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university
- At least two years of experience in financial analysis and regulatory work
- Business administration, accounting, finance, economics, or a related field degree
- Strong customer-service mindset with a focus on engaging internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to analyze, evaluate, and interpret financial data and formulas
- Highly skilled in using data analysis software including Microsoft Excel
- Meticulous attention to detail with an ability to produce high quality work in a dynamic environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A desire to self-reflect, give/receive feedback and continuously improve
