Manager, Finance Operations (Medical Rebates Execution)

Role Overview

The Manager, Finance Operations Medical Customer Rebates is accountable for accurate, timely, and controlled delivery of customer rebate activities. This role leads onshore employees and coordinates offshore third-party resources to consistently achieve established monthly operational targets.

What You Will Do

Lead customer rebate operations, including rebate setup, accruals, payout execution, reporting, audit support, and issue resolution. Ensure customer rebates and GPO administrative fees are accurately calculated, processed, and accounted for in compliance with company policies and financial requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field, preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or related fields, preferred.
• Experience leading teams and managing operational processes in a deadline-driven environment, preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and lead change initiatives.
• Knowledge of financial controls, SOX compliance, accounting principles, and business processes, preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with large datasets, preferred.
• SAP and Vistex experience, preferred.
• Proven ability to build partnerships across functions and effectively support business objectives.
