Lead Finance Systems Administrator

Role Overview

The Lead Finance Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration, optimization, integration, governance, and continuous improvement of CareDx’s Finance systems portfolio, with NetSuite serving as the Company’s core ERP platform and Coupa, Concur, FloQast, and related applications supporting critical financial operations.

What You Will Do

The Lead Finance Systems Administrator provides technical leadership for system configuration, integrations, vendor management, platform enhancements, and operational support. This individual translates business and accounting requirements into effective technology solutions while ensuring the reliability, compliance, and performance of systems supporting financial reporting, procure-to-pay, expense management, month-end close, audit readiness, and SOX-regulated processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive NetSuite administration, finance systems, and ERP implementation experience
• Strong NetSuite technical skillset across roles and permissions, workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, custom records, forms, bundles, release management, sandbox testing, and production deployment practices
• At least one year of experience using or administering Coupa
• Working understanding of core accounting and finance processes, including close, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, inventory, revenue, consolidations, intercompany, reporting, and audit support
• Experience managing or coordinating external consultants, developers, or implementation partners
• Experience with integrations between NetSuite, Coupa, Concur, and other finance or operational systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical issues to Accounting and Finance stakeholders
